Trained as a Musical Theatre major at Wagner College with extensive study in Commedia dell’Arte, improvisation, performance, and storytelling, I learned how to read people, adapt instantly, and deliver under pressure. These skills, combined with my early experience managing the VIP Rewards program and high-end clientele at the W New York Times Square, taught me how to build instant trust and deliver exceptional experiences at scale.
